Planning your trip: You may want to visit the following sites:

Accomodations: Since the conference will take place at IDC in Herzliya, we recommend that you book your accommodation in one of the hotels located on the Herzliya beach front. It is a beautiful central location and by doing so it will make it easier for you to commute to the IDC venue as well. A list of hotels can be found in the Accommodation section in this site.

Once you arrive

Please visit the Israel's Airport Authority web site: Israel Airports Authority
This web site is very informative and provides many necessary details including: transportation (from and to the airport), security instructions, customs and VAT, weather and general information.

Getting to Herzliya:
  • You can take a taxi from Ben-Gurion airport to Herzliya. This will cost about 200 NIS. The ride should take around 1 hour.
  • You can take a train from Ben-Gurion airport station to Herzliya station. From the train station the best way would be to take a taxi to your hotel. This costs about 20 NIS (train) + 30 NIS (taxi). The trip should take around 40 minutes (train) + 10 minutes (taxi).
